Steeped a cup last night when my chest felt tight, and the licorice punch was strong enough to clear me right out—plus it's caffeine-free, so it didn't mess with my sleep. I've been sipping it after meals to help with that bloated, stopped-up feeling, and it actually does the trick.

The bitterness mellows into that classic licorice warmth after steeping for about five minutes. I've been sipping it before bed to help with my digestion, and it really does seem to settle my stomach.

I dropped a single pod into my evening tea and the licorice flavor came through way stronger than I expected. Nice that it's caffeine free, so I can sip it after dinner without lying awake. The whole pods look fresh too, not the dusty broken bits I've gotten before.
