I switched to this as my evening cup since I wanted something caffeine-free, and the grassy, earthy flavor is mild enough that I don't need to add honey. Steeping it for about five minutes gives a smooth cup that helps me wind down before bed.

The earthy, grassy taste is so naturally soothing, and I love that it’s completely caffeine-free for my afternoon break. Steeps up a nice golden cup, too.

I've been swapping my evening black tea for this oatstraw and the caffeine-free part is what sold me, since I can drink a mug at 9pm and still sleep fine. The loose leaves steep clean without much grit, though I do use a fine mesh strainer.
