オーガニックセンナリーフ

The dried leaves brew into a strong, earthy cup that’s been a reliable evening ritual for me. About six hours after drinking it, things move along just as promised, and I appreciate that it’s organic.

This tea worked gently but effectively for me—just what I needed for occasional constipation relief without any harsh cramping. The dried leaves look clean and natural, and I noticed results within about eight hours.

I was a bit skeptical about loose leaf at first, but the leaves steep quickly and I only need a small pinch per cup. It does exactly what senna is supposed to do, gently and without the cramping I've had from other laxative teas.
