I swapped my usual processed stuff for this and the difference in my morning tea is night and day—it dissolves easily and gives a smooth, earthy sweetness without that syrupy aftertaste. The unfiltered texture feels genuinely natural, and a little spoonful goes a long way.

It is so much thicker and cloudier than the supermarket stuff, and a spoonful stirred into my evening tea melts in without needing much effort at all. The unfiltered texture makes it feel genuinely unprocessed, and the slightly floral finish is a nice bonus I wasn’t expecting.
