Aurora ★★★★★

I've been drinking this tea before bed for the past week and my lower back pain has noticeably eased. The mild sedative effect is real—I'm falling asleep much faster than usual.

Lucy ★★★★★

The bitterness is strong, but a spoonful of honey fixes it, and honestly I'll take it for how much it's helped my lower back pain these last two weeks. I brew it before bed too, and that mild sedative effect is real—I've been sleeping deeper than I have in months.

Chloe ★★★★★

After a week of drinking a cup before bed, I noticed my usual morning back stiffness was noticeably less intense. The tea has a pleasantly earthy, slightly bitter taste that I've grown to enjoy. It's gentle enough that I don't feel drowsy the next day.
