• Organic Schisandra Berries: Schisandra berries are considered adaptogens, which means they basically help you with everything! Some of their key benefits are increased energy, disease prevention, physical recovery, immune-boosting.
• Organic Goji Berries: Goji berries are jam-packed with vital vitamins and minerals. Some of them are vitamin A, B, C, E and Zinc, Iron, and Calcium.

Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes
