生蜂蜜未過濾

I swapped my usual processed stuff for this and the difference in my morning tea is night and day—it dissolves easily and gives a smooth, earthy sweetness without that syrupy aftertaste. The unfiltered texture feels genuinely natural, and a little spoonful goes a long way.

It is so much thicker and cloudier than the supermarket stuff, and a spoonful stirred into my evening tea melts in without needing much effort at all. The unfiltered texture makes it feel genuinely unprocessed, and the slightly floral finish is a nice bonus I wasn’t expecting.

I can actually taste the difference in my morning tea — this honey has a depth and richness that the processed stuff completely lacks. You can tell it's truly raw and unfiltered by the texture and how it dissolves slowly, which makes every cup feel more like a treat.
