With the rich nutty flavor of Oolong, the spices of cinnamon and cloves, and the rich aroma of anise, this tea warms the soul.

Ingredients

• Organic Oolong:  Oolong tea has many health benefits it is known for. One of its most popular is for its aid in weight loss. Oolong has been known to help boost metabolism and burn fat quicker. In addition, it assists in regulating blood sugar levels which decrease cravings and help control appetite. 
• Organic Star Anise: These licorice-tasting pods can be used to soothe menstrual pain, settle an upset stomach, reduce bloating, soothe coughs/sore throat and can help with depression. It contains high amounts of Iron, Calcium, and Magnesium.
• Organic Cloves: Sweet and slightly bitter, these unopened flower buds have antifungal and antibacterial properties that help to support immune function.
• Organic Cinnamon Chips: Cinnamon chips are small chunks of cinnamon bark that are full of antioxidants that aid in preventing certain diseases such as cancer and heart disease.

Instructions

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
