有機綠博士茶

The green rooibos brews up much lighter and less sweet than the red version I used to drink, with a grassy taste that's honestly refreshing in the afternoon. Since it skips the oxidation step, it doesn't get bitter even when I forget and leave the leaves steeping too long.

I was worried green rooibos would taste like grass clippings, but it's surprisingly smooth with a honey-ish finish and zero bitterness even when I forget it steeping for ten minutes. Since it's unfermented, I get that lighter cup without the heavy woodsy thing red rooibos does. Been drinking it ever

I like that it's organic and unfermented—the flavor is much milder than red rooibos, almost grassy. Only wish the bag was a bit bigger for the price.
