I was worried the bitterness would be too much, but it's actually really mellow once it steeps. Love that it's caffeine-free, so I can drink a cup before bed without lying awake for hours. The loose leaves themselves look fresh and not all crushed up like some others I've tried.

The earthy, grassy flavor is surprisingly soothing for an evening tea, and I love that it's completely caffeine-free. Steeps up nicely without any bitterness if you don't overdo it.

I switched from coffee to this for my afternoon cup and the caffeine-free part has been great for my sleep. The loose leaves are a bit twiggy but they steep into a smooth, earthy cup that I've actually come to prefer over regular green tea.
